We work with our clients to imagine what could be and design and implement strategies that get us closer to that goal. Our Approach
We work with you to create resource development strategies that work for your team and your organization. There's no such thing as "one size fits all" or "here's a report, call us in the morning". During our discovery phase, we endeavor to understand your position, your vision, your goals, and how you want to impact the community-at-large with your non-profit organization. We work with you to plan the steps you’ll take to help you achieve your organizational goals. During implementation, we will launch solutions to help you get there.

Our team has decades of nonprofit experience, but we don't rest on that experience. We are voracious learners and are constantly working with and on behalf of our sector. Trish Dewald - CEO and Principal Advisor
Trish designs strategic approaches that connect people and organizations to the right audiences, resources and funding; all with the goal of helping them grow and succeed. Trish’s knowledge, talent and charisma have influenced the teams she has led to deliver proven, effective, revenue-generating solutions for organizations that are serving the community’s most critical needs – the nonprofit sector. Trish has raised millions of dollars for mission-driven organizations, helping them become more sustainable and resilient. And she walks her talk as a volunteer, raising money and enthusiasm. Trish’s heart, drive and strategic focus are her gifts. When not building sustainable revenue strategies for clients, Trish enjoys volunteering as a coach for Co.Lab Connect, serving on the board of directors for T.E.A and traveling the world with her family. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a graduate of Michigan State University and earned her Master's in NGO Management from Johns Hopkins University.
MiVida Burrus - Lead Advisor
MiVida Burrus has held key roles in fund development, grant writing and donor cultivation for area non-profit organizations, municipalities and colleges. Her love and passion for people led her into the world fundraising. In this role she strives to connect people to their passions through philanthropy. An active member of several boards - Genisys Credit Union, City of Troy’s Global Troy Committee, Encourage Me I’m Young and the Detroit Public Television Community Advisory Panel, MiVida uses her time and talent to help her community. In addition, she was selected by the Oakland County Commission to serve as a member of the Detroit Regional Conference and Facility Authority. Burrus received both her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh College.
Audrey Almquist - Chief Operating Officer
Audrey is Mondo's Chief Operating Officer and will be running point to ensure all tasks are delegated and executed. Her background in business operations spans decades and industries, in both the corporate world and nonprofit sector. She has an innate need to help others and brings with it a positive energy and attitude to each project she approaches. In addition to her favorite role as mom to one cool kid, Audrey is the cofounder of HumanKind Box - a human-centered social enterprise dedicated to supporting young women living with cancer diagnoses, treatment and recovery.
