When not building sustainable revenue strategies for clients, Trish enjoys volunteering as a coach for Co.Lab Connect, serving on the board of directors for Teach Empower Achieve (T.E.A.) a workforce development organization, and traveling the world with her family. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a graduate of Michigan State University, and holds a Master's in NGO Management from Johns Hopkins University.

Audrey’s background in business operations spans decades and industries, in both the corporate world and nonprofit sector. She has an innate need to help others and brings a positive energy and attitude to each project. In addition to her favorite role as mom to one cool kid, Audrey is the cofounder of HumanKind Box, a human-centered social enterprise dedicated to supporting young women living with cancer diagnoses, treatment, and recovery.

Her love and passion for people led her into the world fundraising. In this role she strives to connect people to their passions through philanthropy. An active member of several boards - Genisys Credit Union, City of Troy’s Global Troy Committee, Encourage Me I’m Young and the Detroit Public Television Community Advisory Panel, MiVida uses her time and talent to help her community. In addition, she was selected by the Oakland County Commission to serve as a member of the Detroit Regional Conference and Facility Authority. Burrus received both her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh College.

Living in Metro Detroit with her family, Stacey partners with missions through her consulting practice and serves on a variety of nonprofit boards, committees and remains an enthusiastic ambassador and recruiter for the sector.

Melissa managed EarlyWorks’ award-winning work on Detroit Head Start and Say & Play with Words, and continue to lead a variety of strategic communications efforts, championing our client's goals for more equitable, healthy and thriving communities.
Before joining EarlyWorks, she led Weber Shandwick Detroit’s Social Impact practice supporting the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s Michigan portfolio and the launch of the WKKF Community Leadership Network. She also supported Excellent Schools Detroit in reshaping the narrative of Detroit’s education landscape. Much of this work focused on early childhood and community engagement.
