  Trish designs strategic approaches that connect people and organizations to the right audiences, resources, funding, and talent; all with the goal of helping them grow and succeed. Trish’s knowledge, talent, and charisma have influenced the teams she has led to deliver proven, effective, revenue-generating solutions for organizations that are serving the community’s most critical needs – the nonprofit sector. Trish has raised millions of dollars for mission-driven organizations, helping them become more sustainable and resilient. And she walks her talk as a volunteer, raising money and enthusiasm. Trish’s heart, drive, and strategic focus are her gifts. 

When not building sustainable revenue strategies for clients, Trish enjoys volunteering as a coach for Co.Lab Connect, serving on the board of directors for Teach Empower Achieve (T.E.A.)  a workforce development organization, and traveling the world with her family. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a graduate of Michigan State University, and holds a Master's in NGO Management from Johns Hopkins University.

  In addition to serving as Mondo’s Chief Operating Officer, she is a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team. Audrey will coordinate all elements of the Talent Acquisition Process, including researching, identifying and screening candidates.

Audrey’s background in business operations spans decades and industries, in both the corporate world and nonprofit sector. She has an innate need to help others and brings a positive energy and attitude to each project. In addition to her favorite role as mom to one cool kid, Audrey is the cofounder of HumanKind Box, a human-centered social enterprise dedicated to supporting young women living with cancer diagnoses, treatment, and recovery.

 In 2024, Mondo Unlimited entered into a strategic partnership with Non-Profit Personal Network (NPPN) to continue founder Gary Dembs’ 36+ year commitment to executive leadership development and staffing. Through NPPN, he has been a pioneer in combining effective organizational development, marketing, human resources, and fund development strategies for organizations and institutions nationwide. Gary is a vital partner on Mondo’s Talent Acquisition Team where we are proud to carry this commitment to Talent with Purpose.

Gary is a mission-driven community activist who works to empower organizations to maximize their missions through an integrated approach to staffing and board development. His work is guided by his mission and core values of honesty, integrity, and reliability.

 MiVida Burrus has held key roles in fund development, grant writing and donor cultivation for area non-profit organizations, municipalities and colleges. Her love and passion for people led her into the world fundraising. In this role she strives to connect people to their passions through philanthropy. An active member of several boards - Genisys Credit Union, City of Troy’s Global Troy Committee, Encourage Me I’m Young and the Detroit Public Television Community Advisory Panel, MiVida uses her time and talent to help her community. In addition, she was selected by the Oakland County Commission to serve as a member of the Detroit Regional Conference and Facility Authority. Burrus received both her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh College. 

 Since serving as an Executive Director for a regional health system Foundation and leading multiple capital campaigns, Jenny has led consulting engagements with more than 75+ foundations and nonprofits including Metroparks Toledo Foundation, ProMedica Foundations, Sauder Village, Hancock Historical Museum, Boys & Girls Clubs and Ronald McDonald House Charities. For more than a decade, Jenny has worked to build capital campaigns, annual campaigns, planned giving programs, and development infrastructure specific to the culture of each organization. She partners with organization leadership, development staff, and board members to build and implement the strategies, strategically hire and align staff, and engage board and volunteers. She leads executive searches and onboarding programs for nonprofits and development leadership, and empowers organizations to raise millions of dollars through strategic annual fundraising systems, focused initiatives, and capital campaigns 

 Stacey has been an active leader in the nonprofit sector with over 15 years of experience with a wide variety of missions. Notably, Stacey has led successful progress as a practitioner with organizations including: The Grand Rapids Ballet Company, Child And Parent Services (CAPS), The Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation and The Blood Cancer Foundation of Michigan. Additionally, Stacey managed a wide variety of consulting engagements and business development efforts with Aly Sterling Philanthropy.

Stacey's strengths are centered in an authentic and practical approach to fundraising and leadership development. She serves missions through providing best practice based systemized management, thought partnership and coaching for annual and capital campaigns, donor engagement strategy, donor communication, board education, infrastructure building, developments recruitment/onboarding, corporate philanthropy strategy, public speaking and more.

Living in Metro Detroit with her family, Stacey partners with missions through her consulting practice and serves on a variety of nonprofit boards, committees and remains an enthusiastic ambassador and recruiter for the sector.
